HISTORY
The Abbey Friar fish and chip shop was established in 1994 by brothers Martin and Stephen Walsh.
The original shop has undergone many changes from the initial lay-out including the installation of a new frying range and counter, upgraded kitchen area and the establishment of a thirty four seater fully licensed bar / restaurant knowen as Dochertys named after our granny.
